Maura G. Robinson, Sociologist, MPA.
Maura G. Robinson is the President and founder of Inclusion and Beyond, Inc. She has over twenty-six years of corporate experience, a bilingual (Spanish/English) national motivational speaker, published author, creator of the Inclusion Revolution Is Now™ (TIRIN™) framework, and a diversity and inclusion strategist. She is also a Sociologist with a master’s in public administration from Indiana State University. Maura is licensed as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator.
TIRIN™ creates a direct and contemporary approach to DEIB practices. Her coaching consulting services extend to profit and not profit organizations including educational settings, automobile industry, banking, health care, energy and utilities, governmental entities and the service industries.
Maura’s published books include The Inclusion Revolution Is Now™, Inclusion Must Be the Outcome™ and the series – Inclusion Is Us™ which includes The Latino Culture Awareness and Understanding. All her books are available at Amazon.com.
The Team
Elva Echarry – Operations and Development Consultant will be in charge of employee management. Her experience in getting everybody to be as productive as possible will be great to help our organization be efficient and effective.
Joan Frank – Certification Coordinator Consultant has many years of experience in developing certification programs. She will be working on our different certifications and helping us grow that department.
Vivian Martin – Media Coordinator Consultant has experience developing media campaigns and developing strategies to support our mission and purpose. She will be integral in helping us become more visible all around.
Alex Mendoza – Marketing and sales Consultant has expertise in marketing organizations and helping them grow. He will help us create a strong strategy to market our services and products.
